Reception desk is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
If you arrive between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., you will not be able to check-in and set up on your pitch. Please use the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite while waiting for the reception to open. Park along the side if you have a big vehicle, and make sure the path remains free for other vehicles to get in and out.
In case of late arrival, please give us a call before 7 p.m., instructions will be given for self check-in. Please note: check-in after 9p.m. is not allowed, contact reception early on if special accomodations must be made.
If you are a camping pitch customer (tent or caravan), you can start setting-up from 2 p.m. The pitch must be freed no later than 12pm on the day of departure.
If you are a mobile home customer, the keys will be given to you from 3 p.m. You must return them no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
WiFi access for one device is offered for the length your stay. For additional access, prices are available at reception.
Camping le Botanic is open from April 1 to October 10.
Directions and access :
By car, coming from Montpellier (leave the A9 for the A709 after Vendargues), exit at Saint Jean de Védas (exit n ° 32), then follow the direction Béziers. Cross Fabrègues, and 3 km after leaving, at the first roundabout, turn right towards Counonterral. At 1 km, the campsite is on your left.
Coming from Béziers, take exit n ° 33 (Sète), and follow Montpellier. After crossing Gigean, and before arriving at Fabrègues, you will find on your left the direction Cournonterral (on a roundabout). Follow this direction, go 1 km and you will find the campsite on your left.

Formalities
Upon arrival, we will verify your full contact details. The balance of your stay is due on the day of arrival.
For customers renting accommodation, a deposit of € 250 will be requested by credit card (not taken).

Important :
As a customer, you are allowed to welcome visitors inside the campsite, they may stay from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Visitors must check-in at the reception and an entrance fee will apply. Visitor's vehicle must be parked on the parking lot provided for this purpose.
The swimming pool and the lagoon are open every day and throughout the opening period from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The swimming pool is heated. These bathing areas are not supervised, so children access them under the full responsibility of their parents. They must always be accompanied by an adult.
Animals are accepted if they are up to date with their vaccines and kept on a leash within the grounds of the campsite.
CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION
For the 2020 season, hygiene rules, social distancing and a reorganization of reception are necessary to ensure your safety and that of our staff. Because everyone's health is a priority in these complicated times, we will ask you to comply with the instructions that will be given to you.
Before your arrival, you will be asked for full payment of your stay, and access and installation information will be sent to you by email in order to avoid your visit to the reception.
Hygiene devices will be installed in the common places: please use them and respect the recommended social distancing.
We will ensure regular cleaning of common areas, and shared equipment (deckchairs, garden chairs ...), as well as contact surfaces (door handles ...). It will be everyone's responsibility to respect the rules that will be established for the use of deckchairs and chairs, in order to be efficient in our management.
There will be, exceptionally, no entertainment planned at the snack bar, in particular concerning the musical evenings on Monday. Children's activities (brushing ponies, manual activities) will be limited and supervised, without sharing equipment, but maintained.
We kindly ask you to refrain from using the common areas in the event of respiratory, digestive and / or fever disorders, as soon as symptoms appear and until a diagnosis is established by a doctor. We can accompany you to reach a doctor, and assist you in your temporary isolation.
